Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using newfoxx.com or purchasing a NewFoXX AI service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What we deliver

NewFoXX AI provides founder-reviewed ad creative, short-form video ads, and focused setup services. Each package's included deliverables are listed at /pricing. Most creative deliverables are planned around 3–5 business days after a complete brief and confirmed payment. Delays caused by missing client information do not count toward delivery time.

3. Payments & subscriptions

• All prices in USD. Payment instructions are confirmed by email unless a payment link is explicitly provided.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• One-time services are billed once before production and are non-refundable once work has started.
• You can cancel monthly plans anytime from your client portal — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

We don't offer refunds for completed work. If we haven't started your project yet, email newfoxxllcfund@gmail.com before production begins and we'll review refund options.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information at intake. We can't deliver without it.
• Own (or have permission to use) any brand assets, photos, copy, or trademarks you provide to us.
• Use the delivered work only for your own business, in compliance with applicable laws and ad-platform policies.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute our deliverables as your own service.

6. Intellectual property

You own the finished deliverables for your business once payment clears. NewFoXX retains the right to use anonymized, de-identified excerpts of your project as portfolio or case study examples. Tell us in writing if you want this opt-out.

7. AI-generated content

Some deliverables are produced with AI tools. You're responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We aim for accuracy but make no guarantee against occasional AI errors. Don't use deliverables for medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business results (number of leads, sales, etc.) — those depend on your offer, market, and execution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewFoXX's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, charge back without contacting us first, or use our service for illegal activity.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
