NewFoXX AI ("NewFoXX", "we", "us") operates newfoxx.com and provides founder-reviewed ad creative, short-form video ads, and focused setup services. Contact: newfoxxllcfund@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account & intake — name, email, phone, business name, business description, and project details you submit through forms.
- Payment — handled by Stripe Payment Links or another payment provider when available. We do not request or store full card numbers on this site.
- Usage data — pages visited, referral source, device type, and approximate location (city/country), collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Uploaded files — logos, photos, footage, or documents you upload during intake, stored in our managed cloud storage.
3. How we use it
- Review your brief and deliver the selected service.
- Send receipts, project updates, and next-step instructions.
- Reply to support and project questions.
- Improve our site, services, and ad targeting.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers
We share data with the providers that power our service:
- Stripe — payments or subscription billing if a Stripe payment link is used.
- Supabase — database + authentication.
- Netlify — site hosting.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic analytics.
- Anthropic — Aria AI chat (messages you send to Aria).
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We only share what they need to perform their function.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions, and Google Analytics cookies for anonymized traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser, but sign-in requires them.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email newfoxxllcfund@gmail.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
If you're in the EU/UK, you also have rights under GDPR; if you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We honor both.
7. Retention
Active client records are kept for as long as your account is open. Closed accounts are kept for 24 months for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted on request.
8. Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes are emailed to active clients.
